Рудоволосих людей на планеті зовсім небагато. Унікальність цих людей в основному доставляла їм одні неприємності. Тому проведення такого фестивалю не тільки данина моді аналогічних заходів на Заході, але перш за все, прояв поваги та уваги до неординарних зовні людям, до їх здібностей і достоїнств, пом'якшення історичної та соціальної несправедливості, які вони терпіли протягом багатьох століть від суспільства. З іншого боку - наш фестиваль задає сонячний радісний тон і атмосферу в місті, створює майданчик для демонстрації своїх здібностей, талантів, звертає на себе увагу гостей міста, стимулює громадськість до рівноправного сприйняття нестандартних людей і особистостей, прищеплює дружбу і самоповагу один до одного. Фестиваль проводиться щорічно в кінці серпня (в основному 30 серпня) з 2016 року протягом цілого дня. З цього ж 2016 року його включено до заходів в рамках Дня Одеси.
Засновником і ідейним натхненником фестивалю є Делієва Наталія Вікторівна і Продюсерський Центр Наталії Делієв. Щороку одним з хедлайнером фестивалю є народний артист України Георгій Делієв. Фестивалі рудих, подібні одеському «Рудому Місту» щорічно проходять в США, Нідерландах, Шотландії, Ірландії та інших країнах. Тисячі рудих людей виходять на вулиці, щоб поділитися позитивом з навколишнім світом, гостями міста. Наш фестиваль має статус всеукраїнського, проте за своєю суттю і гумору є одеським колоритним святом. Традиційно у фестивалю щороку багато задумок, цілей і завдань. Це фестиваль позитиву, оскільки він несе в собі, як культурологічна акція, добро, об'єднання, консолідацію всіх одеситів і гостей нашого міста. На фестиваль запрошуються всі руді: натуральні, забарвлені, в перуках і, навіть, шиньйони. Дрес-код - (трохи) більше оранжевого.
Наш фестиваль:
- це можливість для створення і розвитку культурних і гуманітарних організацій
- це можливість для діячів мистецтв і художніх колективів різних ігрових та циркових жанрів знайти підтримку в їх прагненні показати себе на майданчиках Фестивалю
- це можливість забезпечити велику культурну активність місцевої аудиторії, а також гостей міста
- це весела та оригінальна програма, яка сприяє тому, щоб зробити місто більш популярним і впізнаваним завдяки нестандартному заходу
- це спілкування, освіту, події, гумор, сміх і радість дітей
- це високо профільна вуличне і театральне мистецтво з усього світу і всіх куточків України
Основне завдання фестивалю - зробити наш світ яскравішим за допомогою рудих людей, викликати посмішку і дружню атмосферу відвідувачів, гостей і учасників фестивалю. Наповнити повсякденне життя нотками веселощів, радості та звичайно ж сміху. Адже концентрація такої великої кількості рудих людей в одному місці викличе, приплив позитивних емоцій і адреналіну. Інше завдання фестивалю - боротьба з «джінджерфобіей» - боязнь рудоволосих людей через рекламу терпимості та почуття справедливості до них.
Крім наших головних героїв, рудоволосих учасників, наша аудиторія - це діти й школярі, батьки з дітьми, студенти, творча та активна молодь, доросла аудиторія без обмежень за статтю, віком та інтересам, гості та відвідувачі нашого міста і просто випадкові перехожі. Всі ті, хто цікавиться фестивальним мистецтвом, все ті, хто імпонує рудоволосий, все ті, хто - за свята і веселе проведення часу дозвілля в місті. Бо гостями фестивалю можуть бути аніматори різних видів мистецтва, то відповідно цільова аудиторія включає любителів музики, пантоміми, театрального мистецтва, поезії та танцю.
There are not much redhead people on the planet. The uniqueness of these people gave them some troubles. Therefore, making such a festival is not only a tribute to hype fashion of similar events in the West, but above all, showing our respect and attention to extraordinary people, to their abilities and merits, mitigating historical and social injustices that they have suffered for centuries from society. On the other hand, our festival sets the sunny joyful tone and atmosphere in the city, creates a platform for demonstrating abilities and talents, draws the attention of city guests and tourists, stimulates the public to equal perception of non-standard people and personalities, instills friendship and self-respect for each other. The festival is held annually at the end of August (mainly on 30 August) from 2016 throughout the day. From 2016, it is included in the event list of the Day of Odessa by our city council.
The founder and inspirer of the festival is Mrs. Natalia Delieva and the ''Natalya Delieva Producer Center''. Every year, one of the main headliners of the festival is People's Artist of Ukraine Mr. Georgiy Deliev. Redhead festivals like the Odessa "Redhead City" are annually held in the USA, the Netherlands, Scotland, Ireland and other countries. Thousands of redhead people take the streets to share positive things with the other world. Our festival has the status of All-Ukrainian, but in its sense is a colorful Odessa humor holiday. Traditionally, the festival every year has a lot of ideas, goals and objectives. This is a festival of positivity, because it carries in itself, as a cultural action - goodness, unification, consolidation of all Odessa citizens and guests of our city. All redheads are invited to the festival: natural, dyed, in wigs and, even, chignons. The dress code is orange.

The main objective of the festival is to make our world brighter with the help of redhead people, to bring a smile and a friendly atmosphere to visitors, guests and participants of the festival. Fill our everyday life with notes of fun, joy and of course laughter. After all, the concentration of such a large number of redheads in one place will cause a wave of positive emotions and adrenaline. Another objective of the festival is the fight against "gingerphobia" - the fear of redhead people through advertising tolerance and a sense of justice towards them.
In addition to our main characters, redheads participants, our audience is kids and schoolchildren, parents with children, students, creative and active youth, an adult audience without restrictions on gender, age and interests, guests and visitors of our city and just random passers-by. All those who are interested in the art of the festival, all those who are impressed with redheads, all those who are in the city for the holidays and leisure. As guests of the festival can be animators of various types of art, respectively, the target audience includes lovers of music, pantomime, theater, poetry and dance.
